Rick Grimes

Rick brings over 20 years of experience in the Digital Marketing, Analytics, & Operations fields, having worked in Manufacturing, Advertising, Internet, & Non-profit businesses & consulted with Retailers, Web Publishers, & Credit Card Companies. He has helped companies pick out office space as they were starting up & been the youngest supervisor in a global company of 45,000 employees. In his most recent role as Vice President of Global Direct Marketing at Yahoo!, the team he led drove over $750M in revenue to Yahoo! during his seven years at the company.

Rick has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University & an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University with a concentration in Electronic Commerce.

Jim Jessup

Over the past 20 years, Jim has worked in Internet, Agency/Network & Trade Show production businesses with a focus on Digital Marketing, Professional Services, & Operations. Most recently, he was responsible for Affiliate Channel strategy & management at Yahoo! where his team ran programs for 12 diverse businesses, generating over $200M in revenue over his five year tenure.

Prior to Yahoo!, Jim worked at Commission Junction where he developed & managed their Key Account practice, representing the company's most strategically important client segment. Jim has B.A. in English Literature from the University of California at Santa Barbara, but unlike his unemployed classmates, he's done quite well for himself.
